The experience will be varied as there are many things to see. Spring time pasque flowers, year round jack pines, lots of wildlife and winter ski trails. Rudy Hillig was the first director at the arboretum and it is fitting that his name is on one of the trails.
The cache is in the woods a little further than most of the other caches in the area. I wouldn't want them all to be too easy. These trails are for backpacks, hikers, walkers and runners but not for bikes which are allowed on the Paul Bunyan Trail.
