CCCs' Nite Out #112 - It's A Brand New Year! Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

zaverj: It was a fun night, but now the party's over. If you have a TB dropped into this event, I'm sure the retriever is just waiting to log it. I accounted for all that were in the basket at the end of the night. See ya next time....

Geocache Description:

By the 13th of January, many New Year's resolutions will have already worn off, and many of us will be back to our vices, like caching when we should be working, going out on a work night, and not getting enough green leafy vegetables. Well, so, surrender. Give in to your impulse to come out and play!  At Wood N Tap at 6:00 you'll be joined by friends in the central CT caching community who are all in the same boat.  You know you want to.

To offset your guilty indulgence, you may choose to bring a nonperishable food item that I'll then deliver to the local food pantry. Food donations are a fine tradition for the January CCC that the Paddlehikers set up, and that I'd like to continue. It's nice to take care of our neighbors!

The CCC is a monthly evening gathering on the second Tuesday of every month (well, most months anyway, sometimes we may move to a Wednesday or another Tuesday). Mark your calendars now! Anyone is welcome to attend...you don't have to reside in CT, and you certainly don't have to be an experienced cacher. New folks are most welcome! Let us know if this is your first event as we'd like to get acquainted. This event features new or rotating hosts every month along with changing locations. If you are interested in hosting a CCCs' Nite Out event, you select a location; get the coordinates;  copy and paste the event page and resubmit. The location should be kid friendly, have no admission fee and be within the Central Connecticut/Greater Hartford area. Cachers from outside of the area are also encouraged to host. We do ask the event be held in the central CT area. Please let KD&MS know if you are interested.
