To get to this cache you will need to find a way around two locked gates. The second gate is new and the razor-wire fence extends into the bush - but you can still walk around it quite easily.
I understand that the land is earmarked for housing development. So come and see this derelict two-room house while it lasts.
The cache is placed next to the wall between the South-side doorway and the fire place. It contains logbook. Pen and swag for trade.
Please don't "make a path" to the cache and carefully approach the hiding place from the fireplace side. DO NOT move nor remove any covering branches. Leave the house with the contents as found.
