This is a relaunching of one of the caches from our failed Sundae Toppings series.
The original cache was placed when this building was abandoned and the lot was only used to park cars waiting to be adopted into a new family. Then one day construction had begun and a giant hole was dug not far from the cache and, for the sake of safety, we disabled the cache until the work was done and we could ask the new owners for permission to replace it, but the work was delayed for so long that eventually we had to just let it go and hope the spot was still in the clear when the work was done. During this time we learned that the new owners were friends of ours. After the construction was finally done we talked to the owners and they loved the idea. And now we finally got the time to get it into place and submit it as a new cache.
