Comet is one of Santa's reindeer. As it is Christmas time, and we are hosting a Christmas event, we figured each reindeer should have a cache nearby.
but a miniature sleigh, and eight tiny rein-deer,
with a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and call'd them by name:
"Now, Dasher! Now, Dancer! Now, Prancer, and Vixen!
"On, Comet! On, Cupid! On, Donder and Blitzen!
"To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
"Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!"
The cache is a small container with a screw on lid, in a much higher terrain area than the rest of the series. Recommended parking is along Hunter Way (see what I did there?). There is no pen in the cache, but there is room for trade and trackables. Have fun, stay safe and happy holidays.
