Festivus for the Rest of Us - 2014 Traditional Cache

This is placed in honor of Festivus, celebrated each year on December 23. The cache is only available between sunrise and sunset per town code.

Hopefully, you have your unadorned aluminum pole up by now. This cache is to give you someting to do after festivus dinner.  

There is a sweet, sweet $1 bill for the first-to-find. If there is any disagreement as to who is FTF, or any argument as to how the prize should be spent, feel free the settle it by the traditional airing of grievances and/or feats of strength.
