Difficulty rating is because there are lots of places to look. Terrain rating is due in part to the mile walk/ride into this one, but also partly due to the steep slope you'll have to ascend to reach the cache. The last 20 feet are pretty steep so use caution if it is rainy or snowy. I placed the cache on a rainy day and had to crawl up on all fours through the wet grass & leaves so I didn't slide back down. I didn't see any glass on the ground when I placed the cache, but the FTF saw some, so be careful!
For those of you who like to collect benchmarks - if you walk on down the trail about 650 feet to the wooden bridge across Pine Creek you will find W-92, MA1009, which is a metal survey disk. You can see it from the bridge. There is also a geocache nearby.
Congratulations to Knapaholic & Lexytay for FTF. Merry Christmas!
