Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang series which follows footpaths and the canal towpath between Blaby and Kilby Bridge.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is a British musical film based on Ian Fleming's novel. It was released in December 1968 and the film script was written by Roald Dahl and Ken Hughes with songs by the Sherman brothers.

Toot Sweets were whistling sweets produced by a machine invented by Caractacus Potts the eccentric inventor.

Parking is available at Crow Mills carpark near to Caractacus Potts at N52 34.431, W01 07.992.
The loop is approximately 5 miles long and is best attempted in a clockwise direction. The caches are a variety of types and sizes; many of the containers are home made from recycled objects. You will need tweezers for some of them and BYOP.

At the time of placing, in December, the footpaths were firm and there were no livestock in any of the fields.

Toot Sweets is a micro.
