Sludge_Shoveler: I went out on this cold cold day to check on my cache. I found it missing. Well I guess I didn't find it if it were missing, but I found that it wasn't at the cache coordinates. I searched the vicinity for some remnants but could find none. I think it is best to archive this one and make room for a new cache in this great area.

Thanks to every cacher who took the time to find and log this cache. Also a special thank you to the twelve cachers who made this cache one of their favorites!

Geocache Description:

This series of caches was placed to ensure that cachers coming to Lansing for the MiGO 2015 Winter Social will find a fresh set caches to find before or after the event.

Cache container is a plastic bison tube with no room for swag or pathtags; log only. BRING YOUR OWN PENCIL ! ! !

Trails are open daily throughout the year from 8 am - sunset.

Bring some peanut butter for the woodpeckers.

Please stay on the trails
Collecting (plants, berries, rocks, etc.) is prohibited
Unsanctioned alcohol is prohibited
Bikes, rollerblades, and skateboards are prohibited on trails
Place all trash in trash receptacles

Fenner Nature Center is an environmental education center encompassing 134 acres. Now run by the non-profit Fenner Conservancy, the property includes over four miles of trails, including two handicap-accessible paved trail loops. Inside the Visitor Center, check out our collection of live native reptiles and amphibians; watch songbirds, deer and wild turkeys through our large picture windows; and explore our hands-on children’s exhibits. Scholarships for Fenner programs are available to those who demonstrate need. No bikes, fishing/collecting, or unsanctioned alcohol, please.
