Geschichtliche Informationen über den Suhrer Bahnhof:
In die am 6. September 1877 eröffnete Bahnstrecke Zofingen–Wettingen der Schwei-zerischen Nationalbahn hatte Suhr den damals stolzen Betrag von 160'000 Franken investiert, der Konkurs im darauf folgenden Jahr belastete die Gemeindekasse jahrzehntelang. Am 5. März 1904 nahm die Wynentalbahn, eine elektrische Strassenbahn, ihren Betrieb auf. Im 20. Jahrhundert siedelten sich weitere Industrie- und Dienstleistungsbetriebe in Suhr an, das Dorf wuchs allmählich mit seinen Nachbargemeinden zusammen und zählt heute fast 10000 Einwohner. Besonders ausgeprägt war das Wachstum in den 1950er Jahren, als die Einwohnerzahl um mehr als 70 % anstieg.
Das Dorf ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschlossen. Am SBB-Bahnhof halten Züge der Linie Zofingen–Lenzburg. Der Betrieb der SBB-Bahnstrecke Aarau–Suhr wurde im Dezember 2004 eingestellt. Die schmalspurige Wynentalbahn der Gesellschaft AAR bus+bahn verkehrt von Aarau über Suhr nach Menziken. Der zur gleichen Gesellschaft gehörende Busbetrieb Aarau betreibt zwei Stadtbuslinien, die Suhr mit dem Bahnhof Aarau verbinden.

Neben den beiden Dienstleistern zieht auch SBB Cargo in das neue Gebäude ein. Die Standorte Suhr und Lenzburg von SBB Cargo beziehen gemeinsam die 150 Quadratmeter Büro- und Lagerfläche. Die Bauarbeiten für das Gesamtprojekt dauerten acht Monate und kosteten rund 2,8 Millionen Franken.

Schon öfters war ich verwirrt aufgrund des Namens "Bahnhof Suhr", denn je nachdem, wie dieser ausgesprochen oder geschrieben wird, kann das zu Verwirrungen führen. Fragt man beispielsweise bei einem Treffen nach dem Treffpunkt und erhält als Antwort ein schnelles "Bahnhofsuhr", dann weiss man nicht, ob jetzt der Suhrer Bahnhof oder vielleicht die grosse Bahnhofsuhr in Aarau gemeint ist.
Aus dieser Wortspielerei und Verwirrung heraus kam mir die Idee, dass am Suhrer Bahnhof noch gar kein Cache versteckt ist und so hier ein kleines, schnelles Rätsel hin muss.
Die Aufgabe:
Finde heraus, wie viele Uhren es am Suhrer Bahnhof gibt und bei welchem Gleis diese platziert sind. Es kann sein, dass eine oder mehrere Uhren zwischen zwei Geleisen hängen, dann nimm die Differenz der beiden Geleisnummern. Für manche Uhren musst du vielleicht anhand der Geleisen abzählen, an welchen Geleisen sie liegen, allgemein gilt: Das Geleis beim Hauptgebäude des Bahnhofes ist das Geleis mit der Nummer 1. Pass auf, in Suhr hat ein Perron eine besondere Eigenheit mit der Beschriftung der Geleise.

Suhr had invested the then-proud amount of CHF 160,000 in the railway line Zofingen-Wettingen of the Swiss National Railroad opened on September 6, 1877. I was often confused because of the name "station clock" (Bahnhofsuhr in German), be-cause depending on how this is pronounced or written, this can lead to confusion. If you ask for a meeting at the meeting point, for example, and you receive a quick "Bahnhofsuhr", you do not know whether it is now the train station, or perhaps the big station clock in Aarau.
From this wordplay and confusion came the idea that at the Suhrer station still no cache is hidden and so here must be a small, fast puzzle.
The task:
Find out how many clocks there are at the Suhrer station and where the track is placed. It may be that one or more clocks hang between two tracks, then take the difference of the two track numbers. For some watches, you may have to count the tracks on which tracks you are lying. In general, the track at the main building of the station is the track with the number 1.
