Mt Hallowell is only a short walk from the popular viewing spot Monkey Rock. Views down towards lights beach and beyond and the west side of denmark can be seen. You can access the summit from continueing on the walk trail passing Monkey Rock or entering the trail on ocean beach road just before arriving in denmark.
The cache is a man made camo cache. You may need tweezers to retrieve the logbook. Ignore the magnets attached to the side. Bring your own writing utensil.
