Bellavista di Catanzaro Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Q-Qubed: As We wrote on November 2017, unfortunatly for family reasons, it's impossible to us to perform maintenance since January 2017.
Still no chance from now on... too!
I hoped some other geocacher could do maintenance in our behalf, but after so long time the cache is missing, we're forced to Archive it.
Thank you for visiting Bellavista di Catanzaro.

ENGLISH

Catanzaro is known as the "City between two seas", the "City of the three hills" and the "City of the three V".

The two seas because some days you can see both the Ionian and the Tyrrhenian Sea simultaneously.

Of the three hills, meaning hill of St. Trifone (now San Rocco), the hill of the Vescovado (today Piazza Duomo) and the Castle hill (now St. John).

Of the three V, meaning the patron San Vitaliano, the daily Wind (Vento in Italian) and its Velvet which was famous since the Byzantine times.

From the cache location you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley down to the Ionian sea, just 300m below your feet.

The cache is a small metal tin.
