Herndon Overlook Traditional Cache

I was in the area to check on another one of my caches and decided that this area needed more caches. Has a nice view of the former Herndon Homes public housing lot.

Should be fairly easy to find.  Not recommended after dark. You can approach from either side, but the access from the east is less thorny. 7/3/19 - replaced container type - now keyholder
