When we started caching, nearly a year ago, the St John's Lye caches were the first ones we did. We noticed recently that they'd been archived, so it seemed like a good opportunity to put some new caches out. Some of these are in similar positions to the old ones, some are different. We hope you enjoy a wander round the Lye - it's a great bit of wilderness close to town. The route is intended to be child-friendly.
This should be a straightforward one, though the cover is a bit on the heavy side so be careful for small fingers. You might need to wear wellies too as it can be a bit muddy around here.
