Geocache Description:

This is a quick easy find, very scenic and peaceful.  Tons of Indiana history and a church to explore right here!  You will also spot deer, tons of bunnies and a few herds of cattle from this location.  Keep your eyes peeled for the llama!

Our family greatly enjoys geocaching, unfortunately we don't have many in our area and must travel to do it.  We spend a lot of time out at Mt. Gilboa, as our middle child Lila, is buried there.  Stop and see her stone while you are there.  Hers is the pinky colored granite stone that reads "Precious in His Sight".  You will find a small container hidden carefully near her spot.  Also while you are there, visit the old portion of the graveyard and the little Mt. Gilboa Church up on the hill.  There is also a Historic sign in front describing some Indiana History.  Enjoy!  It's an awesome quiet place to reflect and walk.
