You could park by the school in the evenings/weekends/school holidays or you could park by the village hall. Either way, it's not far to walk.
This is a 35 mm film canister. There is only a log and a coin in the cache therefore bring your own pencil/pen. As the name suggests it's near a dragon. The dragon indicates that the nearby house was owned by the Forestry Commission, and looks lovely. You do not need to go on any private land to find this cache - it can be retreived from the pavement. There are many houses in this area so stealth will be required.
