The cache is located in Bissett Park along the New River. There are several caches placed along the walking path adjacent to the River. The path is very scenic, so enjoy the time you’re there. Parking is available at several parking lots, but the most enjoyable way is to park and walk the pathway. Since the park is used by so many people, the cache is positioned to hopefully keep people from accidentally finding it, so be careful when signing and replacing it exactly as you find it. It would definitely be best if you walk away from the cache location to sign the log, and then walk back to replace it. Please place the cache back exactly as found to keep it hidden. The coordinates will take you to a platform that provides some great views of the New River, and possibly some bird sightings. In the post closest to the coordinates, look at the rail in the top of the corner post. How many “dowels” do you see attaching the rail to the corner post? Use that number below to decode the location of the cache. For the River Bonus Puzzle Cache, save this number.
