My 2nd cache in Qatar, again I have used local cover that is already in situ so have not had to bring anything to the location, quite an eco friendly GZ I think, which this country could do with!!! Please employ Ninja Stealth in the presence of others, you will be in the open and exposed............many muggles using the park wifi to get online. Best time for attempt would be during the week and very early or when all the kids are at school and parents are working........
Having a child in this enviroment would be handy or you may get funny looks, you could use a picnic as cover and enjoy the moment. Replace cover securly but not with the strength of an elephant. Bring your own pencil.
