We love horseradish and when our neighbour told us where we could find some growing wild, we were thrilled. All the warnings about masks, eye protection, ventilation - really? How bad could it be. How about almost 9-1-1 worthy? We have NEVER laughed so hard at each other in 32 years of marriage. Well it was worth every tear and kleenex and cold compress. We had a year's supply of the best horse radish we have ever tasted.
