Fully tested on Garmin Colorado and iPhone 6 plus. Some minor features do not appear on the Garmins, but should not affect the game play. Also works well on Android phones, although not "fully tested" all the way to the end.
For best results, make sure you turn your sounds on and all the volume all the way up on your device. There should be a "ding" or a noise for every set of new messages that you receive.
If you're not sure what to do after an activity is complete, just keep going on the path in the same direction of travel.
