Geocache Description:

 photo imagejpg1-2.jpg

Pi Day was first celebrated in 1988 and planned by Larry Shaw. The numerals 3, 1, and 4 are the most important numbers in the Pi formula, which is a standard ratio for any circle's circumference to its diameter. The number 3.14 continues indefinitely, but the majority of people simply use the first three numbers.
On March 12, 2009, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a non-binding resolution (HRES 224),[2] recognizing March 14, 2009 as National Pi Day

But let us celebrate the only true day of pi, 3.14.15 9:26:53. This day only comes around every 100 years. Come join us at a true pie place and enjoy the company and Pi.

We be meeting at Golden Corral in Star City in the party room from 9:00am until approximately 11:00. At 9:26.53 or as close as we can get to that time we will get together for a group picture to remember the day. The breakfast buffet will be available at a cost of 8.29 for adults, 7.29 for seniors 60 and over, 5.29 for children 8-12 and 4.29 for children 4-8.
