Geocache Description:

The PandaMania art exhibit took place in the summer of 2004 throughout DC. After the exhibit ended, the panda statues were sold or donated. There are only a few of these statues left in the area. This series will bring you to the ones that I've found.

This particular panda is Home Rule by Anne Marchand

You're looking for a magnetic nano. When you see the panda, you know you're close. If you take a photo with Home Rule, be sure to post it!

The cache container is NOT attached to the panda. Even though the panda is behind the fence, the cache is still very much accessible.
