The cache is not at the posted coordinates.
In order to find the cache, you must do some math.
This will work with most credit cards if you follow the directions below.
Take the second set of 4 digits from your card and arrange the digits in ascending and then descending order to get two 4 digit numbers. Add leading zeroes if necessary. Subtract the smaller number from the larger number.
Take the result and again arrange the digits in ascending and descending order and repeat. Stop when the answer is the same as it was in the previous step. (You should not have to repeat this process more than 7 times.) This is your 4 digit result.
Now, take the last three digits in the final set of 4 numbers on your card and do the same. Arrange in ascending and descending order and subtract the smaller from the larger. Repeat again until you get the same answer. This is your 3 digit result.
Calculate the Final Coordinates:
Take the last three digits of the posted North coordinate and subtract them from the 4 digit result you came up with. This will result in another 4 digit number. Drop the first digit to find the last three digits of the final North coordinate.
Take the three digit result you came up with and subtract it from the last three digits of the posted West coordinate. This is the last three digits of the final West coordinate.
