This cache is part of the Croft Circular series between Croft and Stoney Stanton
This is a circular walk of approximately 3.5 miles between the villages of Croft and Stoney Stanton. The route follows footpaths across fields and a short stretch walking on the verge of a busy country road (take care with the young 'uns). Depending on the time of year there may be mud, cows, pigs and other rural stuff. There are various containers from the mundane to a few to make you smile.
Parking is available on the roadside in front of the church. To get to the footpath turn right past the church and walk along the tarmac road which leads to the quarry offices. The footpath starts from the end of this road. From cache #1, cross the road and head along Marston Road to continue the series.
