Geocache Description:

***Congratulations to all those who attended this event and to Team HiHiSuV made up of Highrod, 6Hinemoa2 & suss vulture for taking the FTF for this event and for Team Darth-Nawal for winning the event activities.***

Welcome to the 2015

Based of an old event that was held in Geelong many years ago this will be a Monopoly style Scavenger Hunt/Car Trail event having teams or individuals competing to be the winner.

AGENDA
0930 - 1000: Registration
Participants will arrive at event HQ (table under the retundor) and will need to register as individuals or as teams (Teams will consist of how many people you can legally fit in a single vehicle so teams CAN NOT be spread out over multipe vehicles, don’t forget this is meant to be a fun game so if you cheat your only cheating yourself. For example if you can fit 10 people in your vehicle including the driver you can have a team of 10 but if you can only fit 5 including the driver you can only have a team of 5). Individuals are more than welcome to also play.

Information packs will be giving out to each Teams/Individuals which will have things that will help them during the day. This will need to be returned back at the end of the event for calculation of prizes but Teams/Individuals are welcome to keep them after the event has all been finished.

1000 - 1330: Event
Teams/Individuals can now partake in the activities for the day. Please remember to be safe while out in the field!

1300 - 1430: End of Active Event & Lunch
Everyone arrives at back event HQ (you are welcome to arrive back earlier if you wish) and hand back their information packs to the officials at which point they can tally up the scores. While this is happening everyone is welcome to either stay and BYO lunch (there will be limited bbq space available but we all know how to share) or you can leave and come back for presentations. It might be an idea to BYO a chair as well due to very limited seating available also.

1430 - 1500: Presentations
FTF will be awarded along with other prizes such as best dressed teams/individuals

Just one last thing for the legal side of things but as the cache event organizer l will not accept any responsibility for any problems encountered throughout the set event time line and or after the event has concluded. This includes l take no responsibility for motoring accidents, speeding, bad driving etc etc

Like all caching events, the choice to partake in the event is entirely up to you the participant. By getting in a vehicle the driver is responsible for any third party action that may occur during the day. I take no responsibility for any actions people will take.

EVENT GROUP SHOT AT THE END
