Happy Pi Day 2015! - Long Island Event Cache

Whenever there is an event that we have a chance to obtain a new coin, we do our best to attend.  When we realized that the closest Pi event this year was somewhere in Pennsylvania, we decided to host one so it would be easier to get the coin!

Time to get together again at Long Island's unofficial eventplace, The Hale and Hearty.  Once a year the numbers align and we celebrate National Pi Day!  This year is a little more special than most though, since it is 3/14/15.  The first four decimal digits in Pi are 3.1415.

While some will suggest that we start or end the event at 9:26:53, this one will run from 1PM to 4PM. If anyone wishes to stay longer, they should definitely feel free to do so. However I (NMM) will need to leave at 4 PM since I have tickets for the Islanders game that evening!

There will be an official Pi coin available at this event.  I have attached a picture of the coin to the cache page.  I have ordered 50 coins for the event, which will be available for $13 each.  If you are interested in a coin, please post that in your "Will Attend" log.  For starters it will be one per cacher so we can accommodate as many people as we can. Coins have been selling out at the Long Island events lately, so I will sell to the first 50 that ask for one. If there are any left at the end of the event, I will sell the rest on a first-come, first-served basis.
