Growing up, Third Ward Park, was a place to feed the ducks. Today, the official name is Veteran's Memorial Park and "PC" discourages feeding wildlife (tho' many indulge). This can be a high muggle zone in warmer weather. The hint should pinpoint the location. There are some fine Victorian homes on Circle.
