Happy Pi Day! For those who don't know, the The number π is a mathematical constant that is equal to the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter and is approximately equal to 3.14159; hence March 14 2015 (3/14/15). At 9:26 AM we will officially celebrate Pi Day.
DATE/TIME: Saturday, March 14th from 9am - 11am
LOCATION: Village Meeting Room, Phelps Community Office Complex, Phelps, NY
EVENT ACTIVITIES:
Since it is Pi Day I thought we should celebrate by eating some pie! Please bring your pie of choice or drinks to go with. Add what you're bringing to your Will Attend log so we can try to eliminate too many duplicates.
RAFFLES: There will be a pick a prize and a 50/50 raffle. If anyone would like to donate one or more prizes for the pick a prize please let me know.
TRACKABLE SWAP: Bring in your trackables to trade and/or pick up ones to move.
GROUP PHOTO: Will be taken after the raffle drawings.
EVENT CACHE(S): If anyone would like to place event caches please let me know also.
