This is my first geocahe so bare with me.
Oumas message can be found in this wonderful little park.
If you park at the belvidere manor, At the parking lot, leave your car there and walk along the road in the direction of the waypoint, around the area of the waypoint you will have to find a way to get into the park, try not to climb the fences. Continue along the open park for about 10 metres and then you can walk in the genral direction of the geocache place. (Turn Right)
Be sure to keep your eyes open as Ouma is always sitting beneath the tree. 
You can also drive to the coordinates and leave your car parked just off the road on the grass. then walk down the path to Ouma's Message. Please do not drive down this path.
The co-ordinates may be 2-5m off but Ouma's Message can be clearly found if you stay of the path.
Please place the cache exactly where you found it.
Watch out for muggles.
