Geocache Description:

Nau mai, haere mai, and welcome to the inner city suburb of Mount Cook! This is a night cache placed to give you a little adventure in my home suburb.

As this is a night cache, you'll need to bring a torch. Sturdy footwear is also recommended, as the nature and steepness of terrain changes along the way. Keep your eye on where you're walking, as well as the tacks, so you don't trip, slip, or twist your ankle.

Start at the given coordinates and use your torch to follow the fire tacks to the cache. As with most night caches, the fire tacks are placed at eye level and can be seen from the last one. Two tacks means a major change in direction.

Note that there are a few tacks that are not placed at eye level, and (depending on how tall you are) you might not be able to see them from the last tack. If you can't spot the next fire tack, use your geocaching nous and move forward a few paces and look again. For one fire tack in particular, the most direct-looking route is not the easiest (or safest) way to get to it!
