The cache IS at the posted coordinates. You can locate it, sign the log, and post a “Write note” online at any time. However, you CANNOT log a “Found it” online until you’ve completed the requirements (see below).
The challenge: To find 100 caches in a six month period that are NOT traditional caches.
The requirements:

1. You may find traditional caches as well, but within a six month period, you must have 100 non-traditional found/attended logs. These may include mystery, multi, CITO, Wherigo, event, whatever.
2. Any caches previously found may be used towards the requirement
3. Once you have met the requirements and if you have already located the physical cache and signed its log book, log your online ‘Found It’ showing the dates of the six month period.
