UPDATE 5/23/22 PLEASE DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE BUT THE POSTED PARKING. Property owners have had cachers park on their private parking to access the cache. Roughly 1.70 miles round trip. Some hiking along the Mid State Trail. The last half is on State Game Lands. Be sure to wear orange during hunting season.
From parking it all up! 700ft of elevation in .85 mi. Love it! I went further and higher....but saw this big rock on the way up and just seemed to like it for a cache location. So I came back and placed it here....up on Tussey Mtn.
The MST path from parking up til the jeep trail is very rocky. Please be careful while hiking. Take note of the added waypoint to reference where to turn. The Orange paint markings are MST and the White paint is private land.
The cache container is a camo tape covered plastic jar. About 7.5" tall and 5" wide.
