Hollow promise! Traditional Cache

This was a small clip lock waterproof container but now is a cache with a rustic appearance. It is located on Sykes Lane about 1/4 of a mile outside the village boundary, it is adjacent to the road between Sailby and Torksey.

This is one of a new series of caches close to Saxilby that will suit dog walkers and is on a route frequently used by them. This is an easily accessible drive by location with ample opportunity to park on the wide verge. Saxilby is easily accessible by public transport, trains and buses, and the village is well equipped with amenities. There are a variety of village shops, coffee shops, pubs, and a takeaway food establishments should you wish to avail yourself of these facilities.
