Geocache Description:

This is the third in a series of caches placed at various curling clubs around the province that both of us play tournaments at. This is one of the 4 rinks used for the annual Ship Hector Curling Tournament. This particular cache is featured at the Westville Curling Club, where the ice is plenty "heavy" and the parking can be tough to find at times.

The Westville Curling Rink has been a landmark in the town since 1901 and has had various renovations and additions over the years. The upstairs was renovated in 1984 and the basement was added on in the 1960s. It operates from November to March and all of its operational money is raised through fundraisers and membership fees.
