If you are a numbers geek or a math wiz, then this is your Christmas. The one day a year where you can don your pocket protector with pride and declare to the world that you are a nerd. Is there a better way to celebrate the nerd in in all of us than with a slice of pie on Pi Day? Nope. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors out to sunny Akron and join us in having pie for breakfast. The location will be at the Russell Park gazebo which was home to the now infamous Star Wars Day event in 2013. The event will start at 9:26am (because that is how true nerds would do it) and run until around 10am. We will have a few pies on hand and it will be first come, first served. If you would like to make a pie to share, please feel free. Bring your caching stories, any trackables to trade, and your sense of adventure. There is plenty of parking available around the park and the Akron area is home to plenty of good caches. As always, feel free to contact me with any questions.
