If one walks around Ann Arbor, you can find all kinds of artifacts of times past. More recent artifacts include public telephone stands/booths, doorbells on dormitories, and old newspaper kiosks.
The coordinates will take you close to one of the old Michigan Daily newspaper boxes from a different era. There is some GPS bounce in this area, but you should be able to locate a large blue box.
Cache is located underneath said object, and is flatter that a typical edition of the newspaper it used to house.
