Geocache Description:

Japan League Baseball is coming to Okinawa. Okinawa hosts many of the 12 Japan League teams for their Spring Camp. Okinawa City hosts the Hiroshima Carp at コザしんきんスタジアム Okinawa City Stadium. Check out thier schedule at http://www.carp.co.jp/.

We wanted to help fellow geocachers get a taste of Nippon Professional League (NPL) baseball. We have made a series of 7 caches each representing the teams that do their spring training here on the main island of Okinawa. Take a walk around the stadium to check out the players practicing or see a live exhibition game. This is part of the NPL Spring Camp 2015 series of 7 caches. FTF all 7 in the series will receive two tickets to a game of your choice! But FYI the only official games are on 21 and 22 Feb so get hunting quick. You can see other practice games once the teams get to Oki including intersquad games but 21-22 are the “official” games for spring camp. trying to get them all in place (proving a bit more difficult):

congrats to da_ewoks for the early morning FTF, and your 2nd on the series. Congrats to T&G FTF all 7 caches in the Spring Camp Series! One more note; we found a new team today. The Kin Eagles have their spring camp at a beautiful park just north of the Kin bridge(ivo N 26 27 41.66 E 127 56 28.73 on your way there check out the guy that has a Kamikaze plane over his garage on the way to the park see the pic attached in the log). I'm going to try to drop a cache there tomorrow on our way up to see a game in Ginoza. BOLO for the Kin Eagles Spring Camp. The Eagles share their facility with the Kia Tigers of the Korean league as well. Happy Caching!
