Geocache Description:

Another C&D along the byway to add to your collection. You are looking for something that roams the west.

Speaking of the roaming sort, you may just see the rafter of wild turkeys that live in the field just south of GZ.  The field also houses a substantial herd of deer too, but timing is everything. Who are we kidding, everyone knows it's all luck!  Not to mention it may be a corn year for the field and the stalks get to be 10' tall. Do take a look though, they hang out at the far south side towards Centreville at the tree line. In addition, and if you're extra lucky today then perhaps you'll catch a glimpse of one or both of the Bald Eagles that occasionally rest on the old tree just NW of this cache a little further up 213? You can see the tree from the stop sign but not from GZ. However, we're sure you are on your way up to Chestertown to try for our Evil caches that we've scattered throughout, right? So once back on 213 N be sure to glance over to your left, you can't miss the big tree sitting all alone in the field. We hope you'll get to catch a glimpse of any or all three of these Maryland residents. Try to stay on the pavement for the three pointer (Thanks MM!) the shoulder can be soft at times. Enjoy and Good Luck!

Winner, winner, turkey dinner... FTF honors go to Dfeifer who braved the rain, sleet, and snow to make the grab. Wild!

We must admit, we didn't know they were called a rafter of turkeys either. Thanks go to the baltimorebirdclub.org for their help! Here are a few more for your repertoire.
