If February 18 is Ash Wednesday, then the 17th must be Fat Tuesday, a.k.a. Mardi Gras!
All of the Cajun/Creole restaurants in the Huntsville area (yes, both of them) will be "packed to the [crayfish] gills" with revelers that evening. Take the [Big] Easy way out... and join fellow geocachers for Greek food instead (yes, SLYKYD, they do serve Greek food!). We'll gather at the 5A's Restaurant around 6:00 PM and order off the menu.
