The Gruffalo Trail - A mouse took a stroll... Traditional Cache

A traditional geocache marking the start of a series of eight hides on a short (fairly circular) walk through Homefield Wood.

The woods are full of wildlife and we have often seen herds of deer here. 

For those intending to complete the whole circuit there are some steep slopes to negotiate and the paths can be very muddy at times.

The whole circuit can be completed in one hour.

We have themed the caches around the contemporary children's classic - the Gruffalo.
