Geocache Description:

Watch out for the clover on the ground as a hint.

Absolute stealth in retrieving as well as in hiding again is vital for this cache.

Besides from bringing a pen make sure to bring some fancy buttons to trade.

An Island is surrounded by water, sometimes there are even palm trees on it. Here we have a space surrounded by traffic, but still an island with even some benches. The park is called Berlin Park according so some signs. La Guerre des boutons or War of the Buttons is a 1962 French film directed by Yves Robert, in which the boys of two villages fight each other and steal each other's buttons as a sign of victory. Accordingly a box full of buttons is like a treasure, a giant victory or something to make up for defeat. Also every geocacher lives up to the little boy (or girl) inside him (or her). So as a tribute to the film I deposited this container full of buttons. May the battle (as in competition) begin. As a pacifist I must say sorry for bringing up the title "war" to this cache, especially in this region desperately struggeling for a lasting peace. But it was the first thing on my mind when I held this bulk of buttons.
CACHE

At the coordinates watch out for traffic, people walking or driving by, the guards of the hotel overlooking the scene as well as people enjoying the benches on this palmy island within Jerusalems busy traffic.

- in the cave

- covered with the plastic bag and dirty stone and some random leaves for camouflage
