Due to bad weather in February, the Mardi Gras event has been changed to MIND GAMES 2. Location has been changed to a local eatery in Teays Valley. Come learn about ciphers and figure out ways to solve those nasty "Unknown Caches" that many people find intimidating.
At tonight's meeting, we will work through a cipher and a puzzle. While we won't be solving the exact puzzle on any particular cache, you will leave the event with the tools necessary to crack the codes for two nearby unknown caches!
Come with your thinking caps on. We might just have prizes if we can scrounge up some donations.
Events starts at 5:00PM for general socializing and food. First puzzle/cipher will be passed out around 6:00PM. If you need to come a little late because of when you get off work, that's OK. Just let us know you will be there and we'll hold a seat for you!
Event is at a popular local restaurant where they serve "chubby circular discs of ground beef". Food purchase is not necessary, however you are more than welcome to order a meal, appetizers, or beverages if you so desire. We have a reservation for a separate room under the name of "Pam Thor". !
