rolltitansroll: This cache is placed near the entrance to a neighborhood and has a lot of muggle traffic. Due to the poor location of this cache (regarding muggles and the fact that it has gone missing twice) and the fact that I rarely geocache anymore, I think it is best to archive this cache.
