This should be a simple cache and dash with free parking within 1 minute walk. It is placed in an area with plenty of passing traffic and is overlooked by windows from the offices so a bit of stealth is needed.
Whilst out looking for local caches I found an archery arrow in the undergroath and thought it would make a good idea for a cache. As it was damaged I cut it in half to make 2 individual items so when you've found this one go and find BROKEN ARROW #2 it's nearby so you could walk there once parked.
