At Stage 1: Spokes, you will find the remains of a very old car, the sort you may have last seen on an episode of The Beverly Hillbillies. Count the wooden spokes (W) on the left-front wheel of the car. Now go downhill to the coordinates for Stage 2: Volunteer. There, find a "Volunteer" willing to provide you five numbers, which we'll call Initial, Second, Third, Fourth, and Last (counting left to right). Using the second and third numbers the Volunteer gives you, perform on them the mathematical operation (O) suggested by the first letter of the name of the Volunteer car (don't blow your stack if you can't identify the car yet--blow the horn instead). Multiply that number (we'll call it SOT, for second-operation-third) by the number of spokes you counted (W). Call that product X. Perform the same operation on the last two Volunteer digits (F and L) as you did the second and third. Subtract that number (which we'll call FOL) from the product X and you'll have the last three digits of the latitude of the final location.
The last three digits of longitude could be expressed as (2I)-S-F, where 2I is the first digit after the decimal, S is the second digit after the decimal, and F is the third digit after the decimal. Go to the final coordinates now and enjoy your Hunt for Dread Cache-holder. If you become frustrated, take a time out and enjoy the stream or return to the relics (there are Nashes, Hudsons, Bugs, Caddies, and even an Edsel for you to muse over). Again, whatever you do, please don't trespass on private property: you should be able to secure the info you need without going more than 8' from the pavement, the standard right-of-way for a county road, I believe.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
