La pieve dei Santi Ippolito e Cassiano, situata a San Casciano, frazione di Cascina, fu consacrata nel X secolo, e deve il suo aspetto attuale all'opera dell'architetto Biduino della fine del XII secolo. Sono molto interessanti le architravi delle porte delle navate, raffiguranti dei bestiari. The parish church of the Saints Hyppolitus and Cassiano, situated in San Casciano, near Cascina, was consecrated in the 10th century, and its current appearence is due to the architect Biduino, dating from the end of the 12th century. Gli indizi sono: A=numero di foglie della pianta più a sinistra scolpita nell'architrave più a sinistra; B=numero di draghi raffigurati nell'architrave della porta di destra; C=anno scritto in numeri romani sulla facciata della casa situata a destra della chiesa.
Andate adesso alle coordinate N43º 41.523 E010º 30.833: vi troverete davanti al campanile, che fu distrutto durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Dovrete ricavare l'indizio D=differenza fra i due anni indicati nella targa.
