This cache is located just on the Maldon side of Pollard station. The railway crossed a creek before a short uphill climb into the station. The creek is the site of one of the bridges burnt in the bushfire in 1969. Interestingly, some of the bridge pylons survived but unfortunately the bridge site is on private property and can't be accessed. I've included some photos below (a telephoto lens helps when you can't access the formation!).
Please remember to leave the cache well hidden and trade fairly. Also watch out for snakes and other creepy crawlies. Most importantly, have fun!
