This cache is on a piece of land near the oliver bridge, NOT on the bridge. It can only be accessed by water, with that said whether it is wet or frozen care and common sense should always by first in your mind
The oliver bridge was built in 1916 and the center span used to turn to alow river traffic like barges and large paddle boats up to Fon Du Lac. the river was a very busy place at the turn of the century and if you like local history there are many good books on it. As was said in the summary this cache can only be accessed by the river, NOT the bridge, you can not get to the cache from the bridge. there is a nice view of the bridge and the surrounding river and land scape from the caches location.
