On your way to this cache you’ll see a plaque dedicated to the Filer family who sold this land to the Conservation Authority. Take a moment to read about the legacy they have left for all of us to enjoy!
This is a series of simple caches placed to give you an excuse to get out and enjoy this section of the Dundas Valley Conservation Area. They are all traditional caches, and there is no final, so enjoy the hike and find as many caches as you like. Parking is available and can be accessed from the main entrance to the Conservation Area on Governor’s Rd. Admission is $10 per vehicle and it’s well worth the price! You can check out the trail centre, the trains, the bird blind and of course, all the trails! Note: I named the caches as I placed them on a clockwise hike on the trail. The names might not make as much sense if you find them the other way.
