There is an abundance of martial arts, gymnastics, dance etc schools in this area. Kids spend a lot of time here after school and on weekends in pursuit of these activities, and their parents spend just as much time waiting around. I know this from personal experience, having gained my black belt in Sitting Around, Pacing and Fiddling with My Phone. So we have placed a cache here in the hopes that I can add the qualification of Observing Geocachers to my list.
Cache is in a fairly exposed area, however I have loitered there heaps and not been questioned. Traffic is rather heavy in the area at quittin' time, but otherwise not an issue.
